How long does the process take?
It varies. Some clients find their property within 4–6 weeks of starting the search. Others take longer if their brief is specific or their timeline is flexible. We work at your pace.
Do you charge sellers or developers?
No. We work for you, the buyer. We do not accept referral fees from sellers or developers — our only income is the advisory fee we agree with you upfront.
Can you help me even if I'm not ready to buy yet?
Yes. Many clients come to us in the planning stage, 12–18 months before they're ready to move. An early consultation helps you understand what's possible and plan accordingly.
Do you cover all regions of Spain?
